Shipping & Delivery

Vida & Co aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 3 days. Please note deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays. Orders are dispatched from Waikato, New Zealand.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Vida & Co to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.

Delivery charges cover packaging & delivery. If items are lost or damaged the cost is covered subject to the NZ consumer guarantees act 1998. If you need to make a compensation claim for an undelivered item please contact Vida & Co at jacqui@vidaandco.co.nz

We charge in New Zealand dollars for all orders as per advertised amount shown on the online store at the time of purchase. 

Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time. 

International orders

For international orders, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. All international deliveries are made ‘delivery duties unpaid’ (ddu).

As the recipient, you are liable for all levies charged by the destination country you are shipping to. Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Shipping rates are calculated in NZD.

Vida & Co is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Expected delivery times:

• within NZ - you should receive your order within 2-6 working days
• Australia - you should receive your order within 3-10 working days (1-2 days longer if you're in a remote area)
• rest of the world - you should receive your order within 4-10 working days (1-2 days longer if you're in a remote area)
